Cancel by emailing lorenzo@alexodigital.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle following a 30-day notice period. You keep your domain and any content you provided (logo, photos, copy, brand assets). The website itself is part of the software system you're subscribing to, so it stops being served at cancellation. You don't retain the website code, template, or design files. The CRM, dedicated phone number, AI voice agent (Pro), chat widget, review automations, and blog publishing all turn off too. Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you come back, then deleted. No penalties, no fees. Final-cycle fees are not prorated. Section 5 of the Terms of Service covers it in full.

Phone numbers ($1.15/mo local, $2.15/mo toll-free), communications (calls, SMS, email), and AI runtime (voice agent minutes, conversation AI, workflow LLM tokens) bill at the provider's actual rate with no markup: inbound calls $0.0085/min, outbound $0.014/min, SMS $0.0083 per segment, email $0.000675 per send, AI Voice Agent $0.13/min plus $0.02 per message. A typical small business with around 60 AI-answered calls per month (~5 minutes each) plus confirmation texts and intake emails sees roughly $40 to $60/month in usage on top of the subscription.
