This Privacy Policy explains how Alexo Digital ("Alexo", "we", "I") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit alexodigital.com, submit a form, book a demo, or become a client. If any of this conflicts with something I've told you directly, assume the direct communication is the source of truth and email me at lorenzo@alexodigital.com so I can fix it.

Information I Collect

When you interact with Alexo Digital, I may collect:

  • Information you provide directly. Name, email, phone number, business name, business type, website URL, and anything else you enter into a form on the site (including the apply flow, contact form, and demo booking).
  • Information from your use of the site. Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, browser type, device type, and general location (city/region level) derived from your IP address.
  • Communication content. Messages you send me by email, form, SMS, or chat widget.
  • Client account data (if you become a paying client). Business details, services, brand assets, photos, content preferences, GHL sub-account data, and anything else required to build and operate your AI Growth System.

How I Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To deliver the AI Growth System or custom DFY work you purchased
  • To send transactional messages (booking confirmations, onboarding details, billing notices)
  • To send marketing messages, only if you've opted in (you can opt out at any time)
  • To improve the website and my services based on usage patterns
  • To comply with legal obligations

SMS and Text Message Consent

If you provide a phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you're consenting to receive SMS from Alexo Digital. Message frequency varies based on the nature of our communication. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of marketing messages doesn't affect transactional messages required to deliver services you've paid for.

Your phone number is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How I Share Your Information

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only in these specific cases:

  • Service providers. Tools I use to run Alexo Digital may process your data on my behalf: GoHighLevel (CRM + communications), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics + Business Profile), and similar infrastructure providers. Each has their own privacy policy.
  • Legal compliance. If required by law, court order, or valid legal request.
  • Business transfers. If Alexo Digital is ever acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the acquiring entity. I'll notify you if this happens.

Third-Party Services

Alexo Digital uses third-party tools that may collect their own data when you interact with pages or features powered by them:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM, forms, chat widget, SMS, booking calendar)
  • Vercel (website hosting and performance analytics)
  • Google Analytics / Google Search Console (if active)
  • Meta Pixel / Google Ads (if active, for conversion tracking)

Cookies and Tracking

The site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, site functionality, and (if active) advertising attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as expected.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal information I have about you.
  • Correction. Ask me to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion. Ask me to delete your information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
  • Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing emails or reply STOP to SMS at any time.
  • Data portability. Request your information in a portable format.
  • Do not sell / do not share (CCPA). I don't sell your information. If you're a California resident and want to confirm this or exercise your rights, email me.

Data Retention

I keep personal information as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you cancel your subscription or our engagement ends, your client account data is retained for 90 days (in case you return) and then deleted. Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out.

Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable third-party infrastructure, and minimum-necessary data collection. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If I ever discover a breach that affects your information, I'll notify you as required by law.

Children's Privacy

Alexo Digital is not directed to children under 16. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe I have, email me and I'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

I'll update this policy when something meaningful changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. For material changes that affect your rights, I'll also notify active clients directly.
